Annual Salary (2026–2027)
- PGY-1: $73,622
- PGY-2: $76,542
- PGY-3: $79,661
Stipends and Reimbursements
- $2,500 annual professional allowance
- $1,500 annual meal allowance
- Step 3 exam fee reimbursed during PGY-1 year (see chief residents for details and policy)
- Funding available for approved conferences and research presentations
- Initial ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications reimbursed for incoming interns; low-cost renewals available through the hospital
- Medical Spanish course offered during orientation for incoming interns
Insurance and Health
- Medical, dental, vision, mental health, disability, and life insurance plans available
Additional Benefits
- Three sets of scrubs and three lab coats provided annually
- 28 vacation days and 14 sick days per academic year (includes one personal wellness day)
- On-campus parking available at a reduced rate (approximately $12/month)
