The primary purpose of the Graduate Medical Education (GME) Wellness Committee is to address burnout, prioritize well-being, and rekindle the enthusiasm and sense of purpose among physicians. Our key focus is to promote wellness and develop impactful strategies tailored to the specific requirements of our trainees. We are committed to fostering an ethical and empathetic learning atmosphere that places the well-being of residents, fellows, faculty, directors, coordinators, and individuals encountering difficulties at the forefront.
